1. Program Description

The Cambria for Responsible Development SMS program provides subscribers with updates on policy solutions, legislative alerts, and educational research. This is a recurring message program.

2. Consent & Opt-In

By providing your mobile number and opting in to the Cambria for Responsible Development SMS program — whether through a web form, by texting a keyword to our number, or by providing written consent — you provide your express written consent to receive recurring automated and manual text messages (SMS/MMS) from Cambria for Responsible Development at the mobile number you provided. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or donation.

When you opt in, you will receive a confirmation message that includes the program name, a description of message frequency, notice that message and data rates may apply, and instructions for getting help or opting out.

5. How to Opt Out

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Text STOP to our number, and we will send you a final SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. We will also honor opt-out requests made by replying with STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT, or any other reasonable request to stop receiving messages.

If you would like to rejoin the program after opting out, you can sign up again as you did the first time, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

7. Carrier Liability

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
